Any suggestions that might help me not only survive the holidays but maybe even lose some weight over the course of the next few months? Would love to hear from you. Thanks!!!
Hi!Some eating out changes you should make is that if you like ording salad when out and you like those think creamy dressings, maybe ask for it on the side always. Only you as much as you need. Or try to use a less fat dressing such as balasmic vinger.
ReplyDeleteHi! This depends on what kind of job you have, but instead of going home and watching TV, maybe jog out and get your mail or run around your neighbor hood for 20 mintues. If you do this everyday you will see an improvment.

changing eating habits isn't always easy but if you were to change a few things you will see that you are slowly slimimg down.since you like fruits, pack that insted, but fruit has a lot of sugar so instead of having the fruit and acookie later, just have a fruit. For easy snacks, try dried fruits with nuts and if tyou have been eating healthy for a while, try a side of lite cool whip. it has great protein and great antioxidants foor a healthy immune sysytem. have about a cup of this.
ReplyDeletewhen, you eat out another lifestyle change is to say, please wrap half. usually at restaraunts they give you way more than you want. so either, order a small porton or share it.

Hello, i am here to help you lose some pounds. Now a good thing to do if you don't want to excersise you should try parking farther away from your destination. In a little bit of time you will still be getting a little bit more movement in your day. maybe another thing you could do is if you are watching tv just everynow and then go up to the tv and back! :)

Hi again, sometimes at chain restaurants they have a section that is "healthier' food, such as not as much sodium or calories compared to the other items on the menu. You should order of that if you go out to eat instead of the buttery, juicy steak.
ReplyDelete-Food Fighters
If you like soup, instead of buying the high sodium canned soup maybe you could buy "Low calorie or low sodium" instead or just make homemade soup so you know whats in it.

Hi, if you are looking for a healthy yet tasty breakfast here is a great suggestion... instead of having a big bagel loaded with butter/creamcheese try egg whites on an english muffin or any type of bread, and add a little salt and pepper!
ReplyDelete-Food Fighters
Hi again, a healthy lunch could be a good sized salad which means it could be tossed in a small pasta bowl, with 5 croutons, cucumbers, carrots and Lite Thousand Island dressing.

Hi. Here is a healthy breakfast idea that I created a while ago. You get a waffle. Fresh is prefered but you can also use frozen. While the waffle is hot put peanut butter on it. Then slice a banana like coins and lay it on the waffle. Do the same thing to some strawberries. Last add grapes, blackberries, or blueberries on top. Last but not least, put about a tbs. of light whipped cream. Eat with big glass of milk preferred.
ReplyDelete- Enjoy :)

This is a great on-the-go snack. Elvis Presley's famous peanut butter and banana sandwich! Just get two slices of 100% whole wheat bread, two tablespoons of organic peanut butter, and one chopped banana. It's very simple to make. Lifestyle changes:
ReplyDelete•Even though exercise is hard, try to walk or jog down to the mailbox, or walk your dog while listening to your favorite music.
•Every time you want to eat something sweet, try to eat fruit or drink a big glass of water. After you try that, you should be filled up. Cookies candy and soda won’t fill you up like these healthy alternatives.
•If you eat when you are bored, do something to distract yourself. Maybe do a puzzle. Try not to sit down and watch TV.
•When you go shopping, buy fresh fruits and veggies rather than chips or candy. You can’t eat them if they’re not in the house!
•When you go to the store, park farther away, and walk to the store.
Eating Out:
ReplyDelete•Whenever you eat out, try to avoid fried food. This is the greasiest, and therefore, the unhealthiest.
•Whenever you have the opportunity to eat out, try to avoid fast food. Even though it is very quick and easy, it is very unhealthy and also fattening.
•Portion sizes. Try not to go crazy when you eat out. Most people’s eyes are bigger than their stomachs.
•If you start to feel full, save the leftovers, and they can serve as your meal the next day. Don’t eat yourself sick.
•Don’t eat dessert at fancy restaurants every time you go there. Make eating dessert there a treat. Only do it once in a while.
i have noticed that you like a variety of things and i do too, but the number one thing to losing weight is too manage yourself to not eat as much as you do normally. for breakfast you could have a egg omelet and a small bowl of fruit. the egg has protein that will hold you over until lunch.
ReplyDeleteFor lunch you you could have a fresh fillet of fish with a side a salad. For dinner you could some fresh grilled turkey with some vegetables.
-Organic Mechanics
There are plenty of healthy snacks that you can eat. Like an apple, banana, a "Fiber 1 Bar," nuts, pretzels, kettle popcorn, starfruit, salad, yogurt and an orange.

Snacks
ReplyDelete-Whenever you are at the food court you can order a nice haelthy salad but don't add any dressing
-When you at home you can make a quick and eay fruit salad and you can use any fruit combonation and it will still taste delicious
-If you are in a rush you can put some fruit or even vegtables into a blender and make a healthy fruit smoothie
-In the winter if you want something warm you can make nice green tea
-While you are watching a movie you can have organic chips because they are 5x's healthier then regular chips with salt
Hi...Here is another healthy lifestyle change...When your at the grocery store, don't go hungry! If you go on an empty stomach you will want junk food like chips or cookies. Pick out fruits such as apples and organic peanut butter for a healthy snack!
ReplyDeleteYou said when you come home you tend to eat a BIG filling dinner, which isn't always good. Maybe try whole wheat pasta and load it with garlic (not the powder) It is still healthy, but also fills you up!
ReplyDeleteInstead of buying regular butter which is fatty and unhealthy, instead buy Brumble and Brown's yogurt butter. I know it sounds disgusting because of the yogurt ,but it tastes like real butter and is healthier. Try it!
ReplyDeleteHi... for a breakfast suggestion I would just like to say that a healthy alternative to sugary cereal try whole wheat cheerios, they are good for the heart and still taste good. You can get a delicious breakfast knowing you are helping your heart.

Hello
ReplyDeleteI have found a cereal your sure to enjoy. You try Kashi's GO LEAN CRUNCH. It contains cereal, honey, and almonds this can be an easy way to help improve your health. The cereal contains whole wheat
Hi...I have a lunch suggestion! A great inexpensive way to eat healthy would be to buy a small container of Humus and a bag of pita chips. Humus is very healthy and comes in many flavors choose which ever one you think you will like best.
ReplyDelete-FOOD FIGHTERS
A healthy snack for on the go is a pack of raw mixed nuts. You can carry it easily and it won't go bad. Also, you can eat dried fruit which won't get bad either. You can also eat lightly salted pretzels instead of chips. Or even lightly salted crackers or whole wheat crackers for on the go.
ReplyDelete-Food Fighters
If you don't eat a lot in the morning because you don't have time try waking up a little earlier and making yourself a good breakfast containg a small sausage, one or two toasts with a small amount of butter, a bowel of that kashi cereal, and a cup of fresh juice. That should keep you from eating alot on other meals. It also helps you concentrate on your work.
ReplyDeleteWhen eating anytime try to eat whole wheat foods it 's better health wise.
ReplyDeleteWhole wheat pasta is delicious, it's even better with seasonings/garlic and olive oil or sauce.
ReplyDeleteA healthy snack that may be thought as bad is chocolate. Dark chocolate would be the best choice. Cocoa is rich in flavonoids -- the same heart-healthy compounds found in red wine and green tea. Greek researchers found that eating dark chocolate containing 100 milligrams of flavonoids relaxes your blood vessels, improving bloodflow to your heart. Eat CocoaVia chocolate bars. Each 100-calorie bar contains 100 mg of flavonoids. Also, the chocolate has phytosterols, compounds that help reduce cholesterol. You can find the bars at many Walmart stores.

Hi I have come up with a healthy alternative for a really good sandwich. If you get Calandra rolls ( which are very healthy and tasty) and gulden's mustard, and all natural cold cuts of your choice with a few slices of lettuce and tomatoes you can make a really tasty healthy lunch at home.
ReplyDelete3 musketeers ( shawn shock)
Another good lunch could be all natural chicken breast ( grilled ) on calandra rolls.
ReplyDelete3 musketeers (shawn shock)
Butter can be good for you if you eat the right amount. If you're eating too much it is not very healthy. The best butter to buy is a butter called. A healthy alternate dinner is to use whole wheat pasta with whipped butter. The whipped butter is really good for going on a diet. This is a good link for healthy alternatives.

Team-The Bean Bag Buddies
A good breakfast is some plain low-fat yogurt with some nuts or granola on top. Try to use as little sugar or no sugar. Along with that some canadian bacon is less fat and it is really good too. All of this will make a healthy low fat breakfest.
ReplyDeleteTeam-The Bean Bag Buddies
A really good snack are some organic fresh strawberrys from a near farmers market and some non chilled whipped evaporated skim milk.
ReplyDeleteA good dining out meal is to order a salad with whatever you may be getting. A good way to eat healthy is to ask the waiter what the organic/healthy foods of that night are and then just try to pick one of the things that he says. instead of a soda you should get a juice or a water.
ReplyDeleteA good way to excersise without really knowing that you are is to park farther away from the main entrance so you have to walk there and walking doesn't take too much energy.
ReplyDeletehey again, yestaurday i mentioned somke foods that you could eat and i have a few more breakfast sugjestions. first is that you like both chocolate and cereal you could try special k, they make great tasteing chocolate cereal that is healthy and is proven to make people lose wieght. another is bread and butter with an apple in the morning. apples are a great friut to eat. they actually help wake people up in the morning because of the things in it. or you could also try something called apple butter and bread maby with an orange. apple butter is a mixture of apples and appple cyider so its way healthier than regular butter.
ReplyDeleteWhen eating out there is a lot of unhealthy choices. So first only go to commercialized restaurants no more than once a month some have the money to put chemicals in their food to make it last longer. Secondly if you want to eat out go to a local non commercialized diner or restaurants most do not have the money to put chemicals in the food. Thirdly don't eat anything with a lot of cheese or that has to be fried. So no fries, mozzarella sticks, nachos, or cheese fries.
ReplyDelete-Organic Mechanics
Also when eating out some of the meal proportions are very large don't feel like you have to finish your food you can always bring it home. Another thing you can treat yourself to dessert on occasion.
ReplyDelete-Organic Mechanics
another breafast choice is orangejuice with a grapefruit grape fruits taste really good and is good for you and after that go for a walk with the free time you have if none then dont worrie missing one day isnt going to hurt.
ReplyDeleteorganic machanics
now i will go over some lifstyle changes. on thing that you could do is make a certin time in the day when you are not tierd because if your tierd you wont work as hard but in a certin time of the day make a 15 to 20 min workout session maby go to a gym when you have your work out do the oliptical, or you could walk the animal you have if you have one, or walk by yourself, another way is to have someone come with you on your walk this will help you over time reech your goal if you start making these chandes you will reach hyour goal over time.
ReplyDeleteorganic machanincs
also you could try going for a run if that over a period of running you get tierd slow down and speed walk but if you stop you will get more tierd so in order for you to be working out you have to pushyourself and keep on working as hard as you can.
ReplyDeleteorganic machanics
Hey! Whenever you go out to eat don't order appetizers if you are getting a big meal and then a salad/soup. You get to full quickly and a lot of unwanted fats and calories! Maybe next time just order a appetizer so you aren't stuffed, but still that just right full!

Since you come home late, here are some healthy night-time snacks.
ReplyDeleteYou can eat some reduced-sugar vanilla yogurt with some fruit and a couple teaspoons of high fiber cereal.
Some fruit that you could have are oranges, plums, cherries, and any other berries.
You could also make a fruit salad and eat a cup of that a night. The fruit salad doesn't have to be big, but it will be quite satisfying.
Also, try having non-caffeinated teas at night. You can get lots of great flavored organic teas these days that not only taste great but also will help calm you down and prepare you for sleep.

Hey
ReplyDeleteWe have a nice fruit recipe for you to enjoy.
Fresh Fruit Breakfast Parfait
(4 servings)
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Cup Homemade Granola
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Cups Fresh Berries (raspberries and blueberries)
2 Kiwis
Whipped Cream
Layer all ingredients. Top with whipped cream and a fresh mint leaf.
Here are some deliciousely nutiritious waffles. Instead of using syrup try honey, it is a lot healthier for your body.
ReplyDeleteWhole Grain Blueberry Waffles
(4 servings)
1 cup frozen blueberries - thawed (drain excess liquid)
1 and 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 large egg - lightly beaten
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Makes about 8 large waffles.
Heat waffle iron to preferred setting and prepare with a generous coating of cooking spray.
In a large bowl, sift together flours, oats, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, stir together milk, vegetable oil and egg.
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until large lumps disappear. Don't overmix. Fold in blueberries.
Make waffles according to your waffle iron's instructions. I make mine at medium-high heat (I like them a little crispy on the edges) and it usually takes about 4 minutes until steam stops coming out of the machine and the waffles are golden brown.

ReplyDeleteLunch! For lunch at work at home or wherever you are make a turkey sandwich. Consisting of organic whole wheat bread, 2 or three pieces of turkey, lettuce, and some yummy tomatoes, no mayo...if anything mustard. This would go along great with a bottle of diet green tea(no sugar)
ReplyDeleteWhen eating out at resturants avoid the bread basket. It is one of the lead causes of overweight. Ask the waiter to bring it back and take one slice if the bread is to tempting.
ReplyDeleteAlso before you go to a resturant eat a small minimeal like a bowl of soup if you think that you'll take an appetizer. Most appetizers are bad for you.
ReplyDeleteWhen you go to a resturant limit yourself to one alcoholic drink for safety and health.
ReplyDeleteA snack that you can eat is vegetables and dip. It makes a great snack and it's healthy for you. Also vegetables are very filling so you will get fuller faster!
ReplyDeleteAnother healthy snack you can eat is celery. Celery is a food that has low fat
ReplyDeletecalories. But it also has low energy so you should have something with calcium like milk.

The next time you are in the mood for a huge dinner try a tuna steak grill it like any other stake, and if you are looking for a kick of taste put a tiny and I mean tiny bit of wasabi on the edge of your plate. If you do not like spicy things I recommend not trying the wasabi.

Need a healthy lunch? Instead of bringing a sandwich full of meat and mayo, bring a yogurt and cup of fruit, I know it doesn't sound like much but it does fill you up, and when you can no soda, water.
ReplyDelete-Food Fighters
Another suggestion for lunch when you are at home is...make soup! Make what ever soup you want from scratch or make up a soup with things that you like in it...be sure to include lots of veggies!
ReplyDelete-FOOD FIGHTERS
Dinner! Since before you said, that when you come home you are starving and can't help but eat a huge meal, either bring a healthy snack to work to munch on, or pack a smaller dinner for the car ride home,(tuna) you really shouldn't be eating a big meal at 7:30, it does not give enough time for your body to digest the food.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great healthy chocolate snack. It just consists of organic dark chocolate, nuts and organic fruit. Get one bar of organic dark chocolate, unwrap it, put it in a microwave safe container, and heat it for two minutes. Next, stir it until it is a smooth dip and cover your organic fruit and nuts with it. Let harden and have a great snack!

Good evening!,
ReplyDeleteThis is a great dinner to end a hard day at work. It is a sausage and veggie pasta. it needs 2oz of uncooked whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce, 1 precooked organic sausage, 1/2 cup chopped zuchinni, and 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms. To eat just cook the pasta from the package instructions, and heat the spaghetti sauce, sausage, and vegetables for about 12 minutes. Finally plate and enjoy with an end-of-the-week diet soda.

ReplyDeleteYou don't have to have chips ever again! A snack instead would be none other than potatoe skins. They are baked potatoe skinns with all kinds of flavors, my favorite is jallapenyo pepper! They tast just the same as potatoe chips, but thicker and better! Try it I bet you will like it!
ReplyDeleteIf you don't really like to work out I have a fun suggestion, try Wii fit. I have it at my house and it is the best game ever. If you don't want to get Wii fit you can also try Biggest Loser eddition. Added to a healthy diet and you will be losing pounds and gaining muscle!
ReplyDeleteIf you work, like in an office try to pack easly lunches, salads are the best. My dad brings a salad to work with him almost every day. You can add red bel peppers, celery, chicken (make sure it's healthy), carrots and lettice/spinnach. Iceburg lettice isn't the healthiest, it is mostly water. A deeper color in vegtables are usually more healthier. Beets are dark purple, sweet and delicious, and lettice is a dark green which makes it packed with healthy nutrients that your body needs.
ReplyDeleteIf you do go to a fast food restaurant (which I recomend you not to do) do NOT order the salad, it lookes more healthy than a big mac, but it has about the same amount of callories. Not good!

Here is a great snack for one of those chocolate cravings. They are called fiber snacks and all you need to make them are three squares of dark chocolate, and a half cup of Fiber One cereal. To start, melt the the dark chocolate in a bowl in your microwave and stir every thirty seconds. Once you think it is melted, mix in the cereal until all of it is covered by the chocolate. Scoop four servings and put them in your refridgerator until cooled. Just remember, it is four servings so you can have one every day for four days whenever you need a healthy, quick snack!

A great tip for eating out is not to indulge on too much food. Just get a healthy salad or fish and have a light snack when you ge home if you are still hungry. That is important because when eating at a restaurant, the consumer doesn’t know what is in the food (unless consumer asks) so it could be unhealthy and eating too much is never good for a diet-portion sizes. Another tip is to lay off the soda for a special occassion and get some water because it will also benefit your weight. Have a nice meal!

Here are some healthy breakfasts that you can eat in the morning that are quick and easy.
ReplyDeleteAny low fat yogurt of your choice and granola and/or crushed walnuts sprinkled on top of your low fat yogurt is a very healthy and quick breakfast. Another option could be dry cereal of your choice (I recommend Special K) and flaxseed on top of your cereal. Flaxseed contains a lot of Omega 3 fatty acid that is good for your heart and brain.
You can find all of these food items at a local grocery store.
Here are some lifestyle changes that can help you too.
Parking farther away when you shop at a store will "make" you walk more. You can also take stairs instead of elevators. Another suggestion is to read nutrition labels to see the healthy content in the foods you buy.
Some other great snacks are
ReplyDeletestrawberries
apples
oranges
water
weathins
bananas
milk

Or any other way u can find out how to be healthy. Good luck
Are you going out to eat? Well, I have some more tips for you. First of all, you have to make sure you know what’s in your food. Print out nutrition labels on the restaurant’s website or ask the server for one. To help the dish be even more healthy only eat ONE serving. Most restaurants tend to serve two to three servings, so save the other two servings for extra nutritious snacks and meals! Have a nice dinner!
ReplyDeleteBlurple Pandas
A great surprisingly filling snack for on-the-go is a simple organic smoothie. Most have full servings of fruit and sometimes vegetables! Just choose your favorite flavors from the organic brands and have a great snack. Just make sure to check the nutrition label to see if it is actually full of vitamins and fruit, not trans fats, calories, and sugars!

A great tip for eating out is making healthier adjustments to partially healthy food or unhealthy food. Just don’t put too much salt on your foods, get diet soda or water, etc. An example could be partially healthy salads. When getting a salad just take off the fried toppings and choose non-fattening dressings. Making little adjustments to your meals can make a big difference!

Hello, when your eating out dont force yourself to not eat anything just get something healthy u dont need to just stay and get a drink the whole time.
ReplyDeleteHi! if u like to eat out but your planning on staying healthy, dont be afarid to get something to eat at the food place u want to eat at just get something small or get something that u hear is the healthiest.
ReplyDeleteHere are some more breakfasts that you might like...
ReplyDeleteYou can cook an eggwhite omelette (without the egg yolk) with green peppers, cut up pieces of ham, and onions. You can also make it into a sandwich if you want to. I do not recommend using ketchup. Try to find the healthiest ham possible by reading the nutrition facts. I would drink either apple juice or orange juice.
You can also have 2 pieces of 100% whole wheat bread toasted. Use very little low fat cream cheese on each piece. Try to drink orange juice or apple juice.
You can also have a fruit salad that contains pineapple, mangos, kiwi, watermelon, honeydew melon, and cantaloupe.
ReplyDeleteTry to get organic fruits.
Hey, portion size is the key to losing weight. Too much of a good thing is bad. If you have six oz. of a steak, cut it in half and only eat maybe three or four, then use the rest of the steak for lunch, or your next dinner.
ReplyDeleteFor dinners try to have one vegetable/or maybe a fruit, meat and some kind of grain. A good choice could be meat, whole grain pasta and corn.
ReplyDeleteSometimes vegetables taste plain. To spice things up a little bit try to put seasonings on your foods. One thing I do is sprinkle seasoning and olive oil on foods. For strean beans I use olive oil and one of these five seasonings:Garlic and Onion, Robusto Italiano, Pesto, Marinara, or Tuscany Blend seasoning. Garlic and onion is made up of onion, garlic, parsely and soybean oil, Robusto Italiano: onion, garlic, bell peppers, carrots, olive oil, tomado powder and parsly. Pesto: garlic, romano &parmesan cheese, soy, parsley and yeast. Marinara: tomato powder, parsley, olive oil, extract from peprica. The tuscany blend is better for dipping whole wheat bread in. Ingreediants: garlic, basil, olive oil, red bell peppers and sundried tomatoes. You can also use crushed garlic and olive oil to use on broccely and pasta, add cheese and you have a dinner!
ReplyDeleteTo improve your strength, you can walk a couple blocks in your neighborhood for about 15-20 minutes a day. Try to walk at least 3 times a week. If you want, you can run but start off with a walk.
ReplyDeletehey, this new fact is very interesting. If you don't sleep enough you might feel more hungry. this is due to the lack of cells that are being reparired, or replaiced in the body. So you should get alot of sleep. You will feel refreshed in the morning, and less hungry. I read, that if you eat dinner earlier on in the day like say six oclock in stead of seven, It can make you less tired and less hungry for the rest of the night. You should try it and see if it works. The latest time you should eat before sleep is two hours, this also reduces hungryness and sleeping with a full stomach.
ReplyDeleteHere is a great chocolatey snack! If you have a chocolate bar and strawberrys then you will have a tasty healthy snack. If you have dark chocolate use it over milk chocolate and white chocolate because it is better for you. So put the bar into the microwave for 2:30 minutes so it melts. Then pour the chocolate over the strawberrys and let the chocolate harden. After that you have a tasty treat.
ReplyDeleteHere is another great snack ! You can have crackers and cheese. Get some Town House Crackers and chedder cheese. Just slice the cheese nice and thin and stack the cheese on the crackers and you have cheese and crackers.

Hello there, ive got a great snack for you. You can make fruit salad. Fruit salad is a great snack that gets you full fast so you eat less. It is also very easy to make ! Just take a bag of lettuce and put it into a bowl. Then take your four favorite fruits and cut them up. Then mix the two together in a bowl and enjoy !
ReplyDeleteBean Bag Buddies
Hey. I have another dinner. So take steak peppers, and rice. What you can do is make steak stir frie but be sure not to have too much rice because it is not as healthy as the peppers and steak. So have at least 8 strips of steak and peppers each. It is very delisious.
ReplyDeletebean bag buddies
Hello. I would like to recomend a lunch to you. If you are not that hungry, just take a pomagreanit and take the red watery domes out. They are very juicey and high in antioxidents. Then put then in a bowl and eat them with a spoon. May taste bitter but i like them. Have a lot at once. And you have a healthy part of lunch.

Toast and jam is a simple snack that you can make in 5 minutes. Just pu a slice of bread in the toaster and when you think its done take it out. Then take some strawberry jam and smother it all over your toast. It makes a great snack that takes only 5 minutes.
ReplyDeleteBean Bag Buddies
A life style change that you can have is to eat healthy at restaurants. Instead of eating a big greesy slice of pizza you can have a caesur salad. And maybe instead of a soda you can have a water. That is a valuable life style change that you can have.
ReplyDeleteBean Bag Buddies
Another lifestyle change you can have is to get used to ordering the right thing. Instead of looking at the burger part of a menu maybe look at the salad part. Also instead of looking for high calorie sodas you can have water or something with low calories.
ReplyDeleteBean Bag Buddies
Another way to improve your strength is to do exercises. Try to do push-ups and sit-ups. You should do exercises at least 3 days a week.
ReplyDelete- 2 sets of 12 push-ups
- 2 sets of 20 sit-ups
It will not take long and you will improve as the days go on.
If you feel comfortable you can ride a bike too. Maybe even swim in the summer. If you do not want to do any of these exercises, you can just walk more, maybe 30-40 minutes 3 days a week.
i have a few lifestyle changes that you could make so you could reach your goal.during the time that you have because i know you have a tight schedual so insteed of working out everynight try and work out plan one or two nights a week for a work out routine such as a video and you could follow the video and with your healthy diet you will lose weight and be fit. another thing to do is to when you wake up you can do maby 20 crunches and 10 pushups then when you get home do it again and over time you will improve. over time maby wake up earlier and do double what you normally do. another thing is to cut out sodas and snacks like chips and while doing the healthier choices you will feel better and more energetic and soon you will be getting stronger faster. and if you have a gym near your town or house and they have a pool go swimming, swimming is great for you body and with that you will build the stamina to do harder things faster. so those are somethings that could help but one more thing, maby you should join activites and sports such as baseball or skiing,or you could even join a track club or any kind or thing thats active will help i am glad to help you and i hope the things i metioned helped.
ReplyDeleteorganic machanics.

ReplyDeletewhen eating out i know you love to get a lot of food becasue you think oh it is just once in a while so let me just eat. Now it says you like salad so maybe you could get a nice salad with dressing on the side and dress it accordingly. then for dinner if you are in the mood for a nice meat or steak you should prually get a nice lemon chicken in fish, not only is it healthier it'll make you feel great when your done with dinner.
ReplyDeleteFor another snack you should try some nice hard boiled eggs. just with a tint of salt you could have a nice healthy snack tht is so easy to make and so good

ReplyDeleteHi! Here are a few great lunch and dinners for you!
ReplyDelete1.) Since you like fish and eggs a salmon omelets would make a perfect dinner for you. This recipe includes egg beaters or egg whites, smoked salmon, spinach, and onions. Don't use butter on the pan try to use calorie free Pam spray.

3.) A quick and easy soup that is ideal for dinner time is pea soup which just cooks all day so while you are out and about you don't have to worry about what you have to make for dinner.(cooks aproximently 6 hours) All you need is a bag of regular size peas, chicken broth, and some salt and pepper. This all goes in the Crockpot.
P.S. This makes a simple and good lunch for the next day because all you have to do is heat it up and enjoy!
4.) A grilled turkey breast with a side of arugula salad which includes: roasted almonds, dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese and balsamic vinegar makes a great dinner.
All of these are delicious but most importantly healthy and high in protein! :)
